At Collection Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused cosmetic products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Affix the Label
Download and print our pre-paid shipping label from your email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
